About the role
- Intern supporting product data accuracy and consistency for Fluke's German website. Engaging in hands-on data mapping and collaboration with EMEA marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Review, clean, and match product data (SKU, EAN, attributes) across multiple sources
- Help maintain and update our master product data documents
- Identify missing information and proactively contact internal teams to fill data gaps
- Support the alignment between PIM data and website content
- Assist in improving content accuracy to boost customer satisfaction and online conversion
- Prepare reports and progress updates on the data matching status
Requirements
- A student in Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable reaching out to various internal teams
- Interested in digital customer experience, e-commerce, or product content
