About the role
- Recruiting Coordinator supporting talent acquisition at Form Energy, an energy technology company revolutionizing energy storage. Collaborating with hiring teams to enhance candidate experience and recruiting efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring process by managing job postings, coordinating (at times) high volume of screens, job interviews, and owning candidate communication and experience
- Organize candidate site visits and travel, serving as the primary point of contact for candidates visiting our Weirton factory, troubleshooting last-minute scheduling changes as they arise
- Demonstrate Form Energy’s values (humanity, excellence, and creativity) in all interactions with candidates, recruiters, business leaders, hiring managers, and interviewers
- Ensure data integrity by regularly auditing our applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting documentation
- Help plan and execute logistics for recruiting events, such as career fairs, batch interview days, and conferences
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to support and improve the recruiting lifecycle for temporary manufacturing staff during critical production scale-up phases
- Identify and partner to drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate candidate experience
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Experience in Recruiting Coordination, Recruiting or a similar role with calendar management or coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks
- Experience with an applicant tracking system and/or Google Suite
- Demonstrated experience in systematic administrative skills.
