About the role
- Strategy & Business Transformation Manager leading strategic workstreams for Ford Pro Europe. Collaborating across functions to enable sustainable transformation during market changes.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution: Lead and coordinate core strategic workstreams, ensuring that high-level vision is translated into tangible business outcomes.
- Framework Development: Advance the overall strategy framework and long-term agenda for Ford Pro across the European market.
- Organisational Alignment: Ensure cross-functional alignment on core priorities, fostering a unified approach to our business transformation.
- Executive Support: Act as a strategic partner to the core leadership team, supporting day-to-day decision-making and priority setting.
- Project Leadership: Steer complex, cross-functional projects, maintaining a focus on speed, results, and measurable impact.
- Holistic Oversight: Provide a "big picture" perspective to ensure various initiatives and workstreams remain integrated and aligned with our primary goals.

Requirements
- Professional Background: Established experience in a top-tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity environment.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to deconstruct complex data and business scenarios into actionable insights.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional structured writing and presentation skills, with the confidence to present complex concepts clearly to executive leadership.
- Business Acumen: A holistic "general management" mindset with the ability to understand the interconnectedness of different business functions.
- Agility & Innovation: A self-starter who can take ownership of key assignments with minimal supervision and prioritise effectively in a changing landscape.
- Collaborative Leadership: Proven ability to govern project teams and manage diverse stakeholders through influence and effective teamwork.
- Education: A University degree is required; an MBA or equivalent from a renowned business school is highly beneficial.
