Responsibilities
Help build world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles
Lead PTME launch teams through all phases of Manufacturing Program Delivery from the early cost study phase through ROC
Work in a cross-functional, technology driven environment
Demonstrate leadership and communication skills while developing Ford Leadership Behaviors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or in similar field (Mechanical, Electrical Or Manufacturing preferred)
2 -3 Years Experience in high volume production or manufacturing environment.
Manufacturing floor experience required.
Project Or Program Management / Coordination / Communication Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong presentation skills with experience creating and delivering presentations.
Experience supporting program launches.
Work Requirements: Manufacturing floor related/Manufacturing plant based.
50-75% travel required to Ohio based plant site driving from Dearborn, MI
