Requirements
- Solid experience in a People Business Partner role, ideally within media, sports, entertainment, tech, or another fast-moving creative industry.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law (international exposure a plus).
- Proven experience managing employee relations cases independently.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Strong stakeholder skills with the ability to build credibility quickly.
- Commercial awareness — understanding how people decisions impact delivery, content output, and growth.
- Highly organised and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident communicator with strong emotional intelligence.
