Responsibilities
Meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their technical and business requirements
Design and present tailored telephony and data solutions that solve real business challenges
Deliver compelling technical presentations to stakeholders at all levels
Create comprehensive technical designs including network diagrams and configuration documentation
Provide technical sign-off on solutions, ensuring compatibility and best practice
Work with our product team to shape future offerings
Support field and office-based sales teams throughout the sales cycle
Deliver product training to Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and channel partners
Structure winning proposals that clearly articulate business value and cost savings
Interface with delivery and project teams to ensure smooth handovers
Liaise with suppliers and technical teams on solution viability
Contribute to KPIs and drive deal closure
Requirements
2-3 years in a pre-sales, solutions consultant, or technical sales role within telecommunications or unified communications
Strong technical knowledge of UCaaS and CCaaS solutions (on-premises, private hosted, and public cloud)
Understanding of data connectivity solutions including Internet, MPLS, SD-WAN, and network infrastructure
Proven ability to design and present technical solutions to diverse audiences
