- RiSE Manager representing Rigid Integrated Subsystem Engineering overseeing engineering team and project performance at TechnipFMC. Focus on operational efficiency, mentoring, and continuous improvement adhering to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Represent and be accountable for RiSE (Rigid Integrated Subsystem Engineering)
- Manage an engineering team and ensure the quantitative and qualitative adjustment of engineering resources
- Develop the department by mentoring and coaching direct reports
- Monitor and report the involvement and performance of engineering teams during projects
- Identify opportunities for engineering process migrations
- Overall responsibility for daily operations
- Manage and maintain the department to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and standards
- Drive continuous improvement within the area of responsibility
Requirements
- BA/MA degree in Engineering (preferably Machine Design, Mechanical Engineering or similar)
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Design & Development
- Knowledge of Rigid & Geotech and Installation & Construction products and services is an asset
