Responsibilities
Central point of contact for IT-related enquiries
Receiving, prioritizing and providing first-line resolution of incidents in first-level support
Supporting second-level support with more advanced technical issues
Performing IMAC tasks, e.g. installation and configuration of new devices
Handling, documenting and following up on incident reports
Maintaining IT assets in use and performing minor administrative tasks
Escalating and handing over more complex cases to higher support levels
Requirements
Completed technical training, for example in system integration or application development, or equivalent
Good knowledge of hardware and software and experience with modern workplace systems
Confident handling of Microsoft operating systems and common Office applications
Experience in first-level support and working with ticketing systems
Solid knowledge of IMAC processes (installation, moves, exchanges, configuration)
Basic knowledge of administrative topics such as user and rights management (e.g. directory services, mail administration)
Strong communication skills, service orientation and a structured way of working
