Responsibilities
Partner with the VP of Consulting and the US-based team to align project execution with strategic and business goals.

Act as the primary escalation point for project challenges, driving resolution while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective.
Ensure successful end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, including lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager, delivering complex technology or software implementation projects, preferably for US clients.
Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, governance models, and reporting standards.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to standardize and improve project management best practices across teams and programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
Strong experience in risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance is preferred but not required.
Coaching and mentoring capabilities to support delivery teams and junior project managers.
