Responsibilities
Provides expert level advice and counsel to senior business leaders
Leads the design and execution of major programs within one or more functional areas
Manages multiple corporate initiatives, programs, and projects
Works cross-functionally, across all areas of the business
Manages the operational budget for area of responsibility
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of management
Coaches, develops, and manages direct team members
Ensures service excellence is a key priority among all team members
Plays a critical role in streamlining HR operations
Requirements
Bachelors degree
Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience
Experience managing people and cross-functional teams
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Proven ability to collaborate and influence
Experience working with the level of Vice President and above
Strong written and oral communication skills
Effective presentation capabilities
Advanced degree or relevant certification desirable
