Sales Development Representative managing the sales pipeline for cloud spend solutions at Finout. Conducting outreach and qualifying leads in a B2B tech environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify potential target clients
Proactively reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to create interest in our platform
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and develop targeted messaging and campaigns
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
Work closely with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets
Requirements
1-2 years experience as hands-on SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales role, preferably in the B2B technology or software industry - Must
Native-level proficiency in English
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with CRM (preferably HubSpot) and using prospecting applications (such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.)
Resilience. A fearless positive attitude combined with the ability to handle rejection and objections
Driven to success, full of energy, and passionate about supporting and closing sales
Excellent team player
