Responsibilities
- Manage customer claims efficiently and professionally.
- Own and manage your own caseload while supporting teammates when needed.
- Ensure all claim files are accurately listed, audit-ready, and supported with all required documentation (created, collected, and recorded).
- Work closely with bailiffs, police, and other external third parties.
- Communicate effectively with different stakeholders to ensure fast and correct resolution of cases.
- Handle claims coming from multiple sources, preferably within a banking or fintech environment.
Requirements
- You have **one (1) year of experience in claims processing**.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong independent judgment, decision-making ability, and analytical skills.
- Experience or strong interest in the legal field.
- Proficient with **MS Office, Google Suite, and JIRA**.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Language competency: **English (essential)** plus one additional language (**French / Italian / German / Dutch**).
