Responsibilities
Develop weekly content and editorial plans for digital platforms;
Coordinate content production across different channels;
Support decisions on channels, formats, and content frequency;
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs;
Use data to optimize campaigns and content;
Execute basic A/B tests (format, copy, CTA);
Create creative briefs and oversee the execution of assets;
Script, record, and edit audiovisual content (CapCut);
Support brand initiatives, events, and activations;
Assist in sourcing and securing local partnerships;
Produce and present performance reports to leadership;
Work in direct alignment with leadership and related departments;
Collaborate with other teams with a strong focus on execution.
Requirements
Degree in progress or completed: Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields;
Awareness of social media trends;
Knowledge of platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Canva, CapCut, and organizational tools;
Availability to work at events on weekends.
