Payroll Analyst managing employee benefits and payroll processes at FCamara. Supporting HR operations and ensuring compliance with labor legislation in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Purchase and manage employee benefits for different legal entities (distinct CNPJs) and vendors;
Prepare data for management reports and KPIs related to the department;
Maintain and manage all employee benefits;
Manage employee enrollment and member records with benefit providers/insurers, including movements, hires and terminations, and internal policies;
Procure and manage benefits according to the established schedule;
Allocate departmental expenses and record them through internal controls and the financial system to ensure correct cost-center allocation;
Monitor union requirements and analyze collective bargaining agreements to ensure compliance in each region;
Update the ERP system for benefit deductions and payments;
Perform payroll calculations, reconciliations and monthly payroll closing for employees, considering advances and any discrepancies or salary changes (end-to-end payroll calculations);
Prepare monthly payroll closing reports;
Generate payroll bank files for submission to the bank;
e-Social events: initial, periodic and non-periodic;
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field;
Experience in Personnel/Payroll routines with a focus on benefits;
Familiarity with HR/Payroll systems; experience with the Senior system is desirable;
Office package skills (intermediate Excel);
Knowledge of labor legislation and Personnel/Payroll procedures;
Organized profile, deadline-oriented, good communication skills and willingness to learn; able to handle a high workload;
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the department's routine.
