About the role

Responsibilities
- Operative Mitarbeit in der unternehmensweiten Cyberabwehr (Security Incident Response, Bedrohungsanalyse, Schwachstellenmanagement)
- Betreuung und Administration von Next-Generation Firewalls (z. B. Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point)
- Implementierung, Betrieb und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von XDR-Lösungen (Extended Detection and Response) und NDR Lösungen
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung forensischer Analysen und bei der Bearbeitung von Sicherheitsvorfällen
- Funktion als Informationssicherheitsbeauftragter (ISB): Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des ISMS gemäß ISO/IEC 27001
- Erstellung und Pflege von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, -konzepten und -dokumentationen
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Awareness-Maßnahmen zur Informationssicherheit
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Dienstleistern, CERTs und Behörden
- Überwachung und Analyse sicherheitsrelevanter Logs, Events und Reports
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, IT-Sicherheit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Security, insbesondere im Betrieb von Firewalls und Endpoint-Security/XDR-Systemen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse aktueller Cyberbedrohungen, Sicherheitsstandards und -technologien
- Idealerweise Zertifizierungen wie z. B. CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor
- Erfahrung mit SIEM- und SOC-Strukturen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigenverantwortung
