About the role
- Security Design Lead in Rabobank's cybersecurity team, designing secure technology solutions for food & agribusiness banking. Collaborating across teams to ensure robust security implementations.
Responsibilities
- Shape & design secure technology solutions that align with initiative requirements & Rabobank’s broader technology strategy
- Capture security architecture requirements & document security components of designs, interfaces & changes
- Ensure all implementations are reviewed & approved through our established design & architecture processes
- Engage proactively with stakeholders & understand the interconnected systems
- Work directly with squads to ensure design impacts are fully understood, testable, & correctly implemented
Requirements
- Proven experience in secure design & development
- Experience working in cloud environments - preferably Microsoft Azure
- Experience in banking or financial services (highly desirable)
- Strong knowledge across Azure Cloud Engineering, PaaS & IaaS
- Understanding of security, networks, backups, monitoring & logging
- Experience with system risk management
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks
- Understanding of industry‑standard security frameworks such as ISO27001
- Knowledge of Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture & Cloud Security principles
