About the role
- Product Manager driving product execution across core user journeys for a Fintech company. Collaborating with teams to define requirements and ensure measurable impact after launch.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the product roadmap for assigned product areas such as growth, onboarding, payments, wallet, cards, and related platform capabilities
- Translate company strategy into prioritized product initiatives with clear objectives and success metrics
- Write clear and detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, with strong attention to edge cases
- Lead discovery and delivery cycles from ideation through design, development, QA, and release
- Collaborate with QA and Support teams to ensure release readiness and minimize production issues
- Ensure products are intuitive, resilient, and designed for real-world operational and regulatory complexity
- Define product KPIs and monitor performance after launch
- Iterate based on outcomes and data, not just feature delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology company
- Mandatory experience in Fintech, Payments, Banking, Crypto, Web3, Remittance, or Wallet products (candidates without this experience will not be considered)
- Strong ability to write high-quality PRDs and break down complex problems into clear, deliverable specifications
- Experience working closely with Engineering teams across front-end, backend, and mobile platforms
- Strong product analytics skills (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Metabase, GA4; SQL is a plus)
