Responsibilities
- Works on the Digital Innovation team to provide analytical support and solutions to business needs
- Understands customers’ objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities
- Supports users in building business case, including cost/benefit analysis, solution design, and project scope
- Performs impact analysis and supports development of effort/cost estimates
- Develops and documents functional specifications
- Supports application testing, implementation, and training activities
Requirements
- 1+ year as a Business Analyst
- Experience with data analysis
- Proficient in Excel, SQL
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting preferred
- Excellent written and oral skills in local language
