Responsibilities
Execute campaigns and automations across CRM channels (email, push, web push, web messages and nudges) according to marketing, commercial and industry calendars and strategies.
Define and implement CRM and automation strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention and reactivation.
Operate automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Netcore, Salesforce, HubSpot, RD Station or similar) to send communications and create automated journeys (welcome, cart abandonment, repurchase, recurring purchases).
Apply segmentation and personalization based on purchase behavior, product categories, purchase frequency and browsing history.
Create briefs and support the structuring of seasonal campaigns, ensuring communications are compliant.
Support the creation of A/B tests and campaign optimizations by analyzing results, behavioral data and proposing improvements.
Monitor and report key CRM and business metrics (open rate, click-through rate, conversion, engagement, opt-out, GMV, LTV, churn, retention, repeat purchase).
Work in partnership with Growth, Branding and Commercial teams to ensure communications align with brand identity and business goals.
Support maintenance and cleansing of the customer database, ensuring data quality and compliance with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law).
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and automated journeys.
