Responsibilities
You coordinate a smooth process for accident victims: from claim intake to the successful assertion of all claims
You communicate in writing and by phone with clients, insurers, partners and authorities
You enforce all claims of our fairforce clients using modern legal-tech tools
You organize and arrange appraisers, rental cars and other network partners
You support our clients empathetically and with a solution-oriented approach during a difficult and exceptional situation
Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience handling motor vehicle accident claims (proof required)
Confident use of a laptop and common software solutions
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork — solitary offices bore you
Customer-focused, structured and solution-oriented way of working
At least 1 year of experience in client advising (desirable)
