Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day operations of multiple assigned properties.
Develops budgets by analyzing financial statements and market information.
Ensures timely collection of rent and fees, and oversees financial deposits.
Approves vendor invoices and manages communication with contractors.
Oversees lease enforcement and tenant applications.
Analyzes market trends and implements marketing strategies to improve occupancy.
Promotes resident satisfaction and ensures property maintenance standards are met.
Supervises property staff and assists in client/owner relationship management.
Requirements
Experience in managing multi-family housing operations.
Ability to analyze and evaluate financial statements.
Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations.
Proficiency in property management software and financial management tools.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
