Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads with a focus on generating commercial opportunities;
Schedule meetings and demonstrations with qualified leads;
Maintain contact with potential customers via phone, WhatsApp and email;
Update the CRM (HubSpot) with strategic lead information;
Overcome objections with empathy, active listening and flexibility;
Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive results together.
Requirements
High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
Proactive, creative, collaborative, and eager to learn
Previous experience in healthtech, startups or healthcare-related areas is a plus
Experience using HubSpot CRM
Interest in and familiarity with AI tools and new technologies
