Responsibilities
Design and operate outbound prospecting workflows supported by artificial intelligence tools, ensuring personalization at scale and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement automations for research, segmentation, outreach, and follow-up stages to reduce manual work and increase the volume of qualified leads generated.
Use generative AI to continuously create and refine cadences, scripts, and prospecting messages with a focus on personalization and response rates.
Qualify corporate leads based on the operation’s defined ideal customer profile, using market data and signals to intelligently prioritize accounts.
Monitor and analyze prospecting funnel metrics, open and response rates, and meeting conversion, proposing data-driven adjustments.
Document workflows, automations, and learnings in a structured way, contributing to the continuous evolution of the commercial playbook.
Collaborate directly with Sales Executives to ensure high-quality handoffs and alignment on the profile of generated opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Law, or related fields.
Courses, certifications, or practical training in Artificial Intelligence, process automation, or Sales Tech are valued.
Experience with prospecting in the legal market or in B2B complex sales segments.
Knowledge of programming logic or experience with no-code/low-code automation tools.
Proven track record of implementing workflows or processes that delivered measurable commercial productivity gains.
