Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Systems Analysis and Development
Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency
Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Angular, JavaScript, and Java
Experience with quality testing and preparing training materials is a plus.
