Responsibilities
You will actively drive our sales in the Rhine-Main region and be responsible for expanding our customer relationships — from the initial contact to long-term partnerships.
You will acquire new B2B customers and build your own client base in the Rhine-Main area.
You will strategically develop existing accounts and identify cross- and upselling opportunities.
You will identify project opportunities, qualify leads, and manage the entire sales process — from needs assessment to closing.
You understand your customers' business models and challenges and translate them into appropriate software and digitalization projects.
Requirements
Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT, software, or project-oriented services
Proven track record in new customer acquisition and in growing existing accounts (Account Management)
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate customer needs into solutions
High sales affinity, strong negotiation skills, and a confident presence at both technical and management levels
Structured, independent working style and willingness to travel for customer meetings within the Rhine-Main region
