Requirements
- Several years of experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
- Hands-on experience in UX design and UX research
- Strong proficiency in Figma (prototyping)
- Confident use of Miro for workshops and collaboration
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with complex applications and working with technical teams
- German (B2/C1) and English
