- Prepare clear documentation and communicate effectively with project stakeholders
Requirements
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, Economics, or a related field
- You have 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a consulting or corporate environment
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch – mandatory
- Solid understanding of business process modeling and common analysis techniques (UML, BPMN, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in banking, insurance, or public sector environments is a plus
