Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and client satisfaction during CPQ implementations
- Hold discovery workshops with customers and partners and create solution designs
- Create user stories and estimates
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support for smooth project handoffs and client success
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives and strategic improvements
- Coach, mentor, and support other team members

- Encourage innovation and empower other team members to take initiative
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in leading (big) CPQ implementations
- In depth knowledge on, and experience with ERP manufacturing (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of solution architecture, business process mapping, and system integrations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and continuous learning
- English (C1) and German (C2) language advanced level required
- Preferred Dutch language skills
