Responsibilities
Develop marketing campaigns that will drive traffic to our subscription products across a wide variety of verticals and geos.
Actively create, monitor and optimize campaigns for our portfolio of products with a double focus on escalation and positive ROAS.
Daily tasks will also involve data analysis, preparing reports, for management, and proposals and contracts.
Report to your Management on a weekly basis.
Media buy on Google Ads (Display network, Performance MAX, Search & DemandGen).
Use of internal tools, systems and processes to keep a daily track on the main KPIs (CPA / ARPU / ROAS and others).
Daily spend/revenue monitoring.
A/B testing.
Testing new products & segments.
Close interaction with marketing, operations, product and development teams for strategy and tactical implementation.
Develop market research, interpret customer insights and analyze user behavior for user acquisition and activation strategies.
Media buying on other programmatic platforms if the need arises.
Direct reporting to the SEM manager.
Requirements
3 years minimum experience as a media buyer in Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills, especially with Excel or Google spreadsheets.
Perfect knowledge of the different performance-based pricing models (CPA, ROAS, CPI, CPM, CPC, etc.).
Proven experience managing Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager or any other similar tagging tool.
Experience with Looker Studio is a plus.
Experience implementing tracking systems.
Fluent English & Spanish.
Strong proficiency with web applications (browsers, software).
Experience in a subscription business model company is a strong plus.
Experience media buying in programmatic & RTB platforms is a plus.
Experience in Social Ads (e.g. Meta Ads) is a plus as well.
