About the role

  • Business Development Consultant for Exit Factor building relationships with small and mid-sized business owners. Helping generate leads and develop a market presence with full support and autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Generate 20–30 qualified leads per month from local business owners
  • Network with CPAs, lenders, wealth advisors, attorneys, and other referral partners
  • Attend community events, business groups, networking functions, and owner meetups
  • Conduct discovery conversations with business owners
  • Close 3 or more Exit Assessments per month
  • Use our CRM to manage your pipeline and follow up efficiently
  • Build your own market presence with full brand and marketing support from Exit Factor

Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B sales, business consulting, or relationship-based selling
  • Proven ability to self-generate leads (networking, referrals, partnerships, events)
  • Strong communication and discovery skills
  • Confidence and credibility with business owners
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
  • Comfort with commission-only compensation
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high personal accountability
  • Must live locally in the Eden Prairie, MN area.
