  • Payroll Manager at Exhibit Group overseeing payroll for ~250 employees across multiple sites. Collaborating directly with the group Payroll Manager and handling various payroll responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Management of payroll for multiple subsidiaries and multi-site operations (~250 employees)
  • Application and management of multiple collective bargaining agreements
  • Social filings: URSSAF, DSN, etc.
  • End-to-end management and reporting of sick leave and workplace accidents
  • Supporting employees with payroll-related questions
  • Use of CEGID Payroll software

Requirements

  • Education focused on payroll, HR or social management (BTS, Licence, Bachelor's, Master's, apprenticeship...)
  • First experience in payroll processing; internships or apprenticeships accepted
  • Proven ability to manage sick leave and workplace accident cases — essential requirement
  • Ability to handle multiple collective bargaining agreements and multi-site environments
  • Knowledge of CEGID Payroll software (plus)
  • Experience in multi-site or multi-collective agreement environments (plus)
  • Thoroughness and strong organizational skills (essential for managing multi-subsidiary complexity)
  • Commitment and autonomy in your work
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to educate and support employees
  • Excellent written communication skills (emails, administrative correspondence)
  • Adaptability and versatility
