- Établir les bulletins de paie
- Réaliser les déclarations sociales (DSN)
- Gérer les entrées et sorties des salariés (DPAE, contrats de travail, soldes de tout compte…)
- Conseiller les clients
- Accompagner les clients dans l’utilisation de leur outil de paie (Silae)
- Apporter un support technique paie aux équipes et aux clients
- Participer aux paramétrages et mises à jour sociales
- Intervenir sur des missions de conseil social et RH (audit social, analyse des charges,...) ainsi que de la veille sociale.
Requirements
- Formation spécialisée en paie (Titre professionnel, Licence, Master ou équivalent)
- Expérience significative en cabinet ou environnement multi-conventions
- Bonne maîtrise du logiciel Silae
- Organisation, rigueur et capacité d’adaptation
- Sens du service client et esprit d’équipe
