About the role

  • Consultant en transaction de commerces accompagnant les entrepreneurs dans la cession d'entreprises. Missions variées de prospection, évaluation et négociation tout au long du processus de vente.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect to develop a portfolio of small, owner‑managed businesses and commercial assets for sale, leveraging existing partnerships
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with business owners and company leaders
  • Contribute to the valuation and assessment of businesses and commercial assets (analysis of operations and growth potential)
  • Identify potential buyers, qualify them and arrange introductions
  • Help build and maintain a pipeline of potential buyers
  • Conduct site visits and support both parties during negotiations
  • Manage deals through to signing (preliminary sales agreements and final sale contracts)
  • Provide full client support throughout the entire process
  • Conduct active market monitoring

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, negotiation or transactions (business transfers and/or commercial real estate)
  • Strong field orientation and a drive for prospecting
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client‑satisfaction focus
  • Good understanding of the business environment (B2B)
  • An affinity for new technologies and curiosity about emerging digital trends
  • Autonomy, tenacity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
