Responsibilities
Build a qualified pipeline through consistent cold calling
Multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
Structured ICP account strategy
Primary focus on initiating conversations — not just sending emails
30–50 structured cold calls per day (quality > quantity)
Build and maintain ICP account lists
Buying center mapping
Schedule qualified initial meetings
Multi-channel sequences to complement calling
Close coordination with AEs (briefing & feedback)
Documentation in the CRM
Continuous optimization of messaging & call scripts
Requirements
Proven cold-calling experience in a B2B environment
Excellent phone-based conversational skills
