Responsibilities
Strategic management, expansion and further development of existing customer relationships in the Modern Workplace area
Analysis of business and technical customer requirements and development of appropriate solution concepts
Planning and implementation of account strategies with a clear focus on objectives and added value
Responsibility for the entire sales cycle — from needs identification through workshops and proposal phases to closing
Identification of cross- and up‑selling opportunities across additional solution areas
Close collaboration with colleagues in IT Consulting and Service Delivery Management
Ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer journey
Requirements
Strong technical understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and experience positioning Modern Workplace solutions
Experience in consultative sales of complex IT, cloud, or digital workplace solutions, ideally complemented by business development experience, with the ability to communicate these clearly and appropriately for the target audience
Ability to understand and structure technical requirements and translate them together with experts into tailored customer solutions
Confident presence with strong communication and negotiation skills at executive/decision-maker level
Experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
Strong customer and service orientation and a high standard of quality
Excellent German and English skills (minimum C1)
