About the role
- Manage user provisioning and IAM processes, ensuring security compliance in a hybrid environment. Handle AD user accounts, incidents, and service requests through ITSM tools.
Responsibilities
- Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and modification based on approved access requests
- Manage Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes
- Assign and remove roles, groups, and entitlements in IAM systems
- Handle password resets, account unlocks, and MFA-related requests
- Ensure access changes comply with least privilege and security policies
- Create, modify, disable, and delete AD user accounts
- Manage AD security and distribution groups
- Update user attributes such as department, title, manager, and email
- Perform basic troubleshooting of AD authentication and access issues
- Work on incidents and service requests through ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Follow SOPs, runbooks, and SLAs while resolving tickets
- Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams when required
- Maintain accurate access records and audit logs
- Support access reviews, audits, and compliance checks
- Document procedures and update knowledge articles
Requirements
