Responsibilities

Handle complex or special cases and ensure follow‑up within established deadlines
Process participant requests in administrative systems
Respond to participant inquiries and provide information
Act as a point of contact for participant requests
Pre‑fill various forms and send them to participants
Support consultants in their personalized outreach efforts
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of financial transactions
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows
Manage special projects for the team
Support internal audits and compliance
Requirements
2+ years of experience in financial services, client service, or administrative support roles
Experience with group retirement plans, wealth management, insurance, or Salesforce is considered an asset
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Collaborative mindset and ease in building professional relationships
Strong communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and accuracy when managing client records and documentation
