Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop the global Creative Services & Marketing Communications team
Set vision, standards, and processes for creative excellence
Own relationships with external creative agencies and production vendors
Direct agency scopes, resourcing, budgets, timelines, and creative output
Own the annual marketing budget cycle
Partner with Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Digital, Events, and Regional Marketing to execute launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant experience preferred
10+ years of progressive experience in creative services, marketing communications, brand management, or digital production
Experience leading creative teams and managing complex, multi-channel asset production
Strong capability in budget planning, resource allocation, workflow management, and operational governance
Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed global environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel approximately 20-30%
