- Infrastructure Analyst monitoring systems and applications for financial technology company in Brazil. Collaborating with teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor infrastructure and applications, reviewing alerts and system health indicators.
- Assist in investigating outages or service degradations, performing initial analysis and recording information for the technical team.
- Support operation of AWS cloud environments under the guidance of more experienced analysts.
- Assist in querying logs and system metrics to identify possible causes of failures.
- Help create or maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts.
- Execute documented operational procedures and contribute to improving those processes.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to follow deployments and environment changes.
- Log incidents, investigations and resolutions, contributing to the team's knowledge base.
- Track actions defined in incident RCAs (Root Cause Analysis), assisting in controlling and verifying execution of agreed activities with responsible teams.
- Develop awareness of the impact that failures or performance degradations have on customers, understanding the importance of quickly identifying and resolving issues in critical services.
