- Assist in preparing and organizing customer meetings
- Help maintain and update project boards (e.g. ClickUp)
- Support in writing tasks and translating ideas into concrete project steps
- Observe, learn, and slowly take on more responsibility
- Step by step, you’ll become the person coordinating entire projects and communicating directly with clients
Requirements
- Have a strong interest in software, tech, or digital workflows
- Have first exposure to IT-related topics (e.g. from university, side projects, or internships)
- Are highly motivated to learn and take initiative
- Are comfortable communicating in English
- Are willing to learn German and reach at least C1/C2 (we’ll support you financially!)
- Are based in Kosovo (Our office is in Prishtine)
