Responsibilities
Oversee the execution of Eutelsat’s contractual obligations for the setup and delivery of Connectivity services, ensuring compliance with agreed scopes and timelines.
Ensure customer satisfaction and deliverable quality by defining clear execution plans, facilitating smooth communication, and anticipating potential issues.
Get rid of any roadblock to revenue.
Coordinate all internal stakeholders to align with business objectives.
Clearly communicate objectives, plans, issues, and risks to key stakeholders.
Develop and promote best practices for business support processes and governance.
Manage business request priorities, facilitating arbitration and escalation of challenging business priorities between projects.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Requirements
Preferred Masters degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field with some experience in telecom.
From 3 to 8 years of experience in program/project management and/or customer facing experience in telecom or related industries.
Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMI PMP or Prince2 being advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between C-level executives and subject matter experts while building trust with customers and partners.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Ability to travel if required.
