Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of Eutelsat’s contractual obligations for the setup and delivery of Connectivity services, ensuring compliance with agreed scopes and timelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliverable quality by defining clear execution plans, facilitating smooth communication, and anticipating potential issues.
- Get rid of any roadblock to revenue.
- Coordinate all internal stakeholders to align with business objectives.
- Clearly communicate objectives, plans, issues, and risks to key stakeholders.
- Develop and promote best practices for business support processes and governance.
- Manage business request priorities, facilitating arbitration and escalation of challenging business priorities between projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Requirements
- Preferred Masters degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field with some experience in telecom.
- From 3 to 8 years of experience in program/project management and/or customer facing experience in telecom or related industries.
- Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMI PMP or Prince2 being advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging gaps between C-level executives and subject matter experts while building trust with customers and partners.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to travel if required.
