Responsibilities
- Unterstützung des Teams im Projektmanagement und Business Development
- Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Einzel- und Teilprojekten in Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Fachabteilungen: Projektmanagement, Business Development, CRM und Kommunikation
- Ansprechpartner*in für Kunden im Rahmen unserer Corporate Health Zertifizierungen und Produktwelt
- Koordination von Auditterminen und Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Corporate Health Events
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Angeboten
- Datenpflege und deren Einarbeitung in Webseiten, Proposals und Projekt-/CRM-Systeme
- Unterstützung bei Recherchearbeiten (Kontaktdaten, Marktakteure etc.)
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, Gesundheitsmanagement oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Begeisterung für die praktische Projektarbeit
- Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
- Präzises, strukturiertes und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
- Teamplayer mit offener und kommunikativer Art
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Verständnis für die wirtschaftliche und soziale Bedeutung von Corporate Health Management für Arbeitgeber
- IT-Affinität für neue Softwarelösungen und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
