About the role
- Head of Operations managing the entire operations area at Goya Finance. Ensuring efficient handling of factoring operations and developing processes with a team.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the Operations area, including process monitoring and optimization
- Functional and disciplinary leadership, motivation, and development of the Operations team
- Planning, implementation, and monitoring of compliance controls, checks and audits
- Management and coordination of digitization and automation projects
- Close collaboration and interface management with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Market teams
- Preparation and analysis of KPIs, reports and presentations (including outsourcing and audit reports)
- Ensuring timeliness, quality and efficiency in operational processes
Requirements
- University degree in Banking, Finance or a comparable qualification
- At least 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in financial services, factoring or consulting
- Several years of disciplinary leadership experience of operational teams
- Solid knowledge of audit, compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in ef3 (efcom)
- Good SQL skills and experience with BI tools
- Excellent German (C1/C2) and strong English (C1)
