Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at various levels.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SIPOC) for stakeholders, ensuring quality campaign setup, execution, and transparency.
Develop, execute, and optimize paid media activities (SEM, Paid Social, Display, affiliate marketing) across the customer funnel, adapting approaches based on market trends.
Drive the global social media and advertising strategy while ensuring consistency and good performance in paid media.
Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights for optimization and maximizing budget efficiency.
Manage multiple B2B and B2C digital campaigns, sharing performance reports and learnings to improve future efforts.
Maintain a stakeholder panel for online advertising strategy discussions.
Suggest process improvements, participate in their implementation, and share knowledge and skills with colleagues.
Contribute to other company activities as needed.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media management.
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms, SEM, and advertising algorithms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads, Bing Ads).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on marketing metrics.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with additional advertising platforms.
Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
Agency background is an advantage.
Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot).
