About the role
- Assistant.e Community Manager intern engaging with Etam's social media community. Responsible for content creation and managing e-reputation on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Responsibilities
- Engage with and interact with the community across all our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & Pinterest)
- Ensure the brand's e-reputation by monitoring conversations and ensuring the quality of responses in an international context across different communities
- Conduct ongoing monitoring of social platforms and regularly present key insights in reporting
- Create and post innovative content on the brand's social media channels together with the Social Media team
- Participate in brand events to assist with content creation (e.g., live shows, press trips)
- Research and monitor new influencer profiles (French and international)
- Manage and send gifted products to influencers
Requirements
- You are studying toward or hold a Bac+4/5 (Master's-level) degree from a business school or university
- You are seeking a professional internship
- Creative with a strong affinity for social media
- Proactive and dynamic
- Well organized, able to prioritize, and adaptable
- Previous internship experience in community management
- Fluent English is required, and impeccable spelling/grammar
