About the role
- Marketing Assistant supporting 360-degree activations at Etam. Involves operational marketing tasks and cross-department collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Support for 360° operational marketing activities, working directly with the Marketing Manager and the International Marketing Project Lead
- Design and implementation of 360° campaigns
- Assist in creating multichannel activation plans (retail, events, digital) for France and international markets
- Logistical coordination of operations (planning, reverse scheduling, partner relations)
- Monitor campaign performance (KPIs, results, and impact)
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university with knowledge of operational marketing and an interest in the retail sector
- Autonomous, curious, service-oriented, and proactive
- Fluent English
