Responsibilities
You will take responsibility for establishing and managing strategic partnerships with technology, energy, and sales partners to drive growth and expand market presence.
You will independently set up partner programs, develop appropriate processes, and support their implementation.
Together with teams from Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, you will develop strategies and go-to-market plans.
You will identify market and technology trends early and turn them into suitable cooperation opportunities.
You will present new partnership models persuasively and clearly demonstrate the mutual benefits.
You will lead negotiations confidently and support contract closures to create fair, win-win collaborations.
You will regularly review the performance of existing partnerships, analyze KPIs, and assist in resolving challenges.
By achieving your growth objectives (OKRs), you will make an important contribution to the company’s success.
Requirements
Initial professional experience in B2B sales or partner management, preferably in SaaS, tech, or the energy sector
Confident presence in presentations and negotiations with decision-makers
Strong communication skills, especially the ability to convey complex content in simple terms
Enjoy working toward targets and a proactive, solution-oriented way of working
Openness to digital tools and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus)
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
