Responsibilities
HR administration: You maintain and manage employee data in our HR system and handle various organizational tasks related to digital personnel files.
Reporting: You prepare analyses and support data-driven decision-making.
Employee handbook revision: You update and expand content to ensure our internal guidelines are always clear, understandable, and up to date.
Process automation: You actively contribute to the further digitization and automation of our People Operations processes (including Employee Lifecycle Management).
People development: You prepare decision papers for new measures and contribute your own ideas.
Recruiting: You identify potential candidates for our open positions on LinkedIn and provide support at career fairs when needed.
Event management: You assist with planning team events and company gatherings, helping to strengthen our company culture.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, sociology, or a comparable field with a focus on HR, organization, or management (compulsory internships welcome).
Strong communication skills, excellent organizational ability, and a high level of discretion.
Hands-on mentality: After onboarding and daily alignment on open questions, you will independently and reliably handle tasks from our diverse to-do list.
Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken.
