About the role
- Financial Analyst contributing to effective financial management at Estadão through financial analysis and performance indicators. Interfacing between finance and other business areas for strategic support.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to financial management through profitability and business performance analyses;
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs, identifying variances and improvement opportunities;
- Prepare and automate management reports in Excel and BI tools;
- Support the development and analysis of financial feasibility studies;
- Perform analyses of financial statements (Income Statement - DRE, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow);
- Act as a bridge between departments, interacting with different teams to collect and validate financial information;
- Support financial planning routines (budget, forecast and budget monitoring);
- Organize databases and ensure the reliability of reported information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, charts and reporting);
- Knowledge of financial data analysis and interpretation;
- Understanding of financial mathematics and performance indicators (KPIs);
- Familiarity with financial statements;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with different areas;
- Analytical, organized and proactive profile.

- Previous experience in Finance, planning and analysis;
- Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Looker or Tableau;
- Experience developing management dashboards;
