Responsibilities
Independently develop, manage and regularly refresh a portfolio of institutional donors and prospects
Monitor and analyze funding opportunities to assess fit and probability
Collaborate with Development, Program, Finance, and Monitoring & Evaluation teams
Coordinate donor meetings and cultivate relationships
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure best-practice grant solicitations
Requirements
6+ years of experience in grant-writing and institutional partnerships experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Familiarity with donor requirements and compliance expectations
Skilled in managing deadlines and coordinating across departments
Proficient in grant systems, documentation tools, and CRM platforms
Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish, French, or Arabic is highly desirable
